Marinhill Luxury Villas, Bodrum
A 650 square metre house with six premium double rooms, above the Aegean. A house designed for long dinners, slow mornings and easy conversation — with somewhere quiet to retreat to whenever you want it.
Six rooms. Two with sea views.
Two Sea View rooms and four Garden View rooms. Every room has its own private double bed and its own private shower and WC. The room door locks. Nothing is shared with other guests. No two rooms are decorated alike — each has its own character. Every room is the same standard; only the view differs.

- Every guest has a private double room with a lockable door.
- Every room has its own private shower and WC, inside the room. You never step into a corridor, and you never share a bathroom with another guest.
- Rooms are never shared with strangers.
- Trovilla is adults only — 18+. No children.
- Quiet hours from 23:00.
- Every accepted guest is identity-verified before arrival.
- Marinhill staff are present at the villa throughout your stay.
Trovilla is not a dating experience.

Yes. A private double room with its own shower and WC, and a door that locks.
Never. Every room has its own enclosed shower and WC within the room itself. It's a standard we don't compromise on.
Per room, for one or two guests.
Same price. There is no extra charge for a second guest.
Six rooms, so up to twelve guests. Every one of them personally reviewed by our team.
You apply, we review within 48 hours, and we build the group.
A 50% deposit confirms your place. The remaining 50% is settled on arrival.
Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in — your deposit is fully refunded. Within 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable.
We'll tell you at least 35 days before, and you choose: move to another date, or take a full refund.
